Your Charter Includes:
Full and private use of the Yacht, including a skipper, Crew member and FUEL.
8 hours of private luxury, we have a full Bluetooth music system for your own music. A modern fully electric toilet and beautiful bathroom.
All crockery and glasses are provided for dining . We have wine coolers and champagne buckets waiting.
Use of water toys on board, clients can bring there own within reason, we want this to be a relaxing day so no mechanical toys please.
The Spirit is fully coded by the MCA and has full safety equipment and first aid, however we hope you will respect the Captains instructions so these will never be needed, we cannot accept responsibility for any misuse of the boat and its equipment in case of injury.
The Spirit is fully insured third party and liability.
Clients will be brought to the yacht in a tender so please ensure you are suitably dressed.
Your Charter does not include:
Food and Drinks, these have to be supplied and organised by our fantastic caterers and merchants, they have prepared great prices for you to choose a package to suit your needs,
Gratuities ( Tips ) normally 10% or more.
The Spirit is not responsible for any bills that may have been incurred whilst ashore at any time whilst on charter.
Payment and Pricing (the horrible bit):
All charters require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This should be paid by the principle of the charter, this person is responsible for the payment and its guests. Full Payment needs to be made no later than 21 days before the charter date.
Late Payment can result in a cancellation of the charter and no refund, so please be aware and call if there maybe any problems.
Cancellation by the principle within 14 days of the charter will result in loss of deposit, cancellation within 7 days or a no show on the day will incur a 75% loss of payment.
As a legitimate charter company we need to adhere to the rules of the land, we require a charter contract to be signed with identification details for the group.
Our Privacy policy will ensure no information will be given to a third party.
We are a family run Charter company and we understand there maybe circumstances that arise that no one could have predicted, so please call and discuss issues as soon as possible if they affect the charter, we are here for your enjoyment and will endeavour where possible to facilitate you.
Adverse conditions:
We are a classic yacht, it’s well maintained by professionals and overseen by myself, but there can always be problems.
In case of Mechanical failure that means we can not proceed and alternatives cannot be organised or weather deemed unsuitable for passenger safety by the Captain, and an alternative date cannot be agreed or possible, we will offer a complete refund on the charter price only.
It maybe the case that you would be able to stay on board at anchor and enjoy Palma nova bay, if this is agreed we will give you a 10% discount on the charter day.
The Captain has the last word and has the right to cancel the charter at any stage for any reason he seems fit, that may jeopardise the safety of the Yacht , its crew or its guests. There will be no refund ! Please act responsibly. The sea is a wonderful place if treated with respect.
